WHY CAN'T I CHECK OUT? - You must make an account to checkout. This is used to ensure sales are processed from Business Owners and not your Customers.

PROCESSING TIME - The standard processing time is 5-10 BUSINESS days. Business days are M-F and do not include holidays or weekends. Please check our Facebook group for updates.

SHIPPING - The price of shipping is automatically calculated through USPS. Anything under 1 lb will be shipped First Class. Once received at the post office and/or UPS, we are not responsible for shipping times. 

RETURN POLICY - We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Everything is made to order, therefore we are not able to cancel, refund, or return any items. 

DAMAGES - If anything arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving and we will work out a resolution. 

WILL MY ITEMS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE WEBSITE? - The photo used is a "mockup". Colors may vary across screens and actual items may be slightly different than they appear on your screen.

DOUBLE-SIDED - Unless the design is fully wrapped around or you contact me and specify otherwise, all mugs WILL have the same design on both sides. Glass cans will have the design on one side, unless it's a full wrap.

CAN I CHANGE/EDIT MY ORDER? - Please contact me as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate you. If your order has already begun processing, it will be too late to make changes.
