Dropshipping FAQs
What is dropshipping? Dropshipping is when you sell products to your customers and we make the items to fulfill those orders and ship them directly to your customers without any of our information on or in the package.
Why should I use dropshipping? This allows you to focus on other aspects of your business. It also can save you from having to pay double shipping - shipping to get the item(s) and also shipping them out to your customers.
Is there a cost to use dropshipping? No! We will dropship your order for no extra charge. This includes a small thank you gift and packaging with your information.
Will your customer know the items are coming from us? No! We will never include anything with our business name or contact information. Your address and business name will be shown as the sender.
How does dropshipping work?
1. Your customer places an order from your online store, Facebook group, Etsy, or other platform that you use.2. You login to your account (at AhnWholesale.com) and order through our website.
● Place a separate order for each customer
○ In the cart page, click the checkbox for dropshipping
○ Put your business name and address in the box
○ Place a separate order for each customer - Change the shipping address to the customer's shipping address in Checkout
3. We will make and fulfill the order. When we ship, we will send you tracking information and you can copy that for your customer.
